The night before and morning of…

Starts off with a fire alarm at 12 am that didn’t end until 230 am.

Woke up and looked good for the amount of carbs that I took in the night before.

I’ve just applied my “color” (dream tan) and I look statuses.

I’m taking in some cereal for the first time and love it!

Cinnamon = Natural Hunger Suppressant = Dietary Spice

I was always wondering why my appetite wasn’t going crazy after my post workout shake. (Yes, I put cinnamon in my post workout shake. It’s delicious.)
